Results: Led to policy amendments to Albuquerque/ Bernalillo County Comprehensive Plan that emphasize increased densities, mixed use and transit and pedestrian-oriented infill development along major corridors

1999 Visualizing our Future – Two-day town hall featuring panel discussions and design workshops on seven key sites along Central Avenue. (400 participants).
Results: Led to strategies for revitalizing Central Avenue as a "Great Street" including moving forward with an International Marketplace.
